Our users provide explicit consent to receive SMS alerts during the signup process. During signup, users must check a box agreeing to receive SMS alerts from RPM Diesel Services, with the following language: “I agree to receive SMS alerts from RPM Diesel Services.” This consent is stored in our database with the date and time of consent. Additionally, users receive a confirmation SMS after opting in and can opt-out at any time by replying with “STOP”.
